Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Request Time

Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the allowed return period

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days through the original payment method or bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged or wrong product, we can replace it with the correct item subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs

  • If the mistake is from our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer wants to return the item for personal reasons, the shipping charges may not be refundable.
